Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of care while ensuring that you are as comfortable as possible.  Dr. Kelly, Dr. Kurtz and all of our staff are very approachable and we are always available for any of your questions or needs.  If you have any special requests, please feel free to ask us at any time. 

Dr. Marshall D. Kurtz

Dr. Kurtz moved into the Danbury area in 2004.  He attended Syracuse University for his undergraduate degree in Biology and then went on to dental school at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.  Upon graduation he did an internship at University Hospital in Newark, NJ and then did his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.  During his residency he was trained under some of the best doctors in all fields including oral surgery, anesthesia, medicine, and trauma surgery.  After finishing his residency he began practicing and serving the greater Danbury community.

Dr. Kurtz is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.  He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Danbury Dental Society and many other national, state and local organizations.  He has been President of the Greater Danbury Dental Society as well.  He remains on staff at Danbury Hospital and New Milford Hospital.

Dr. Kurtz also continues to teach oral surgery at the Danbury Hospital General Practice Residency to their young dentists. 

Dr. Kurtz maintains his continuing education by attending multiple seminars and conferences every year in many aspects of oral surgery, implants, and dentistry. 

Dr. Dorrance T. Kelly

Dr. Kelly has been practicing oral surgery in the greater Danbury area for more than 40 years.  He did his undergraduate studies at Brown University and then went to dental school at The Ohio State University, and after graduation went on to receive his Masters in Public Health.  He went back to The Ohio State University for his Oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency and training.  This is where he underwent extensive training in all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery, as well as, anesthesia, medicine, and trauma surgery.  After completion of his program, he came to Danbury to serve this beautiful community. 

Dr. Kelly is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.  He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Danbury Dental Society and many other national, state and local organizations. 

Dr. Kelly has never stopped learning the most current theories and techniques in oral surgery and attends many continuing education seminars.
